Abstract

The Nigerian National Serial Data Centre (NNSDC) is an international center for creating and maintaining computer-based data banks for serial identification, operating under the International Serials Data System and International Standard Serial Numbering. UNESCO is calling for member states, particularly developing ones, to establish ISDS centers.
